I read the article over at CNBC and I initially thought it was going to be quite negative, but it seems like there are some positives to this story too. It would appear that Ener1 will be able to continue trading, not have to let go of any employees, and will hopefully be able to reorganize and continue trading. They also have a commitment for an infusion of additional financing, so let’s hope that our governments grant is going to have a positive impact on this green energy company, despite the bankruptcy.
