Spain: Wins Soccer World Cup; 4th Largest Wind Power

Jul 12, 2010 – Congratulations to Spain on winning its first World Cup yesterday after a full month long competition.  Spain is the 4th biggest producer of wind power, after the US, Germany & China.  The largest producer of wind power in Spain is Iberdola [25.5% of capacity], followed by Acciona [20.9%] and NEO Energia [8.3%].
