		<description>A good article in contrast to the recent one in the WSJ about safety issues with them in China.  China&#039;s E-Bike growth actually demonstrates how safe they can be with a 90% decrease in the rate of fatalities between 2001 and 2007 (34 fatalities and 50,000 e-bikes compared with 2469 to 40 million e-bikes in 2007). Here in the states I know that whenever someone tries one they are hooked!</description>
