Dilemma in the desert: Developer, Environmentalists Face Off Over Huge California Solar Complex

Now that the US government and the state of California are legislating more renewable energy, especially solar and wind energy. Now the environmentalists are fighting the development of large products that will affect animals and the views. Of course, if the ice caps melt and flood the plains, the animals and views will also disappear.
