Green Energy Ads Continued: America’s New Natural Gas
Nov 11, 2009 – OK, I don’t know how our new natural gas differs from our old natural gas. The ad shows a perplexed individual [my interpretation] of an individual with a blue flame coming out of his head with the headline, “NATURAL GAS CONTRIBUTED $385 BILLION TO THE ECONOMY LAST YEAR. EUREKA!” [I don’t recall getting any except by “trickle down” I guess.] The ad goes on to state, “The natural gas industry supports 2.8 million jobs in 49 states. [Is your state missing out?] That’s a lot of tax revenue. And a recently unlocked 100-year supply, that continues to grow, promises jobs into the future. It’s America’s economic power. If you have so much natural gas in the U.S. then please stop stealing our Canadian supplies, and our oil stocks-65% of which go to you bloody carpetbaggers!!!
