PowerGenix Nickel-Zinc Batteries
Jun 9, 2009 – Forbes reports in its May 11, 2009 issue that PowerGenix of San Diego, which has raised $61 million of venture capital, is developing nickel-zinc batteries and has begun selling rechargeable AA batteries through Ritz Camera. Zinc is cheap, recyclable and nontoxic. Will these batteries be able to challenge nickel-cadmium and lithium-ion batteries. Please leave your comments here.
