Debt/Equity Provider for Alternative Energy Projects

Jan 16, 2009 – Global-MarkeTeam Ventures has a client able to provide long term loans for alternative energy power plants, development/reconstruction of refineries, biofuels, etc. Finance is offered to projects in need of US $30-100M and up. Additional type of desired energy related projects: Alternative Clean Energy sources such as hydro, thermal, nuclear, wind, hydrogen, wave and solar, water desalination and purification, etc. Projects duration sought is 10 years and up.
No up front fees, fast process (3-4 months including due diligence), a very competitive interest rate on the loan; in depth details will be provided after a signed NDA and NCND.
