China Sunergy Announces Sales Agreement with Solarwatt AG
Dec 10, 2008 — China Sunergy Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: CSUN), a specialized solar cell manufacturer based in China, announced that it has entered into an agreement with Solarwatt AG, a leading manufacturer of solar modules in Germany, to provide 22MW of solar cells over the course of 2009.
According to the contract, China Sunergy will supply Solarwatt AG with high efficiency monocrystalline solar cells at fixed prices, starting in January of 2009 and continuing at a consistent level through out the year, for a total delivery volume of 22MW
