Employment Opportunity: Training Manager for Renewable Energy Company in Iowa
Training Manager will directly manage 9 trainers focused on compliance training
· Supervise the development of training content, formulate & review training outlines to determine appropriate instructional format.
· Evaluate & recommend internal & vendor programs to meet training objectives.
· Coordinate the development of reference materials appropriate to specific program objectives.
· Establish uniform mechanisms for tracking & evaluate effectiveness of compliance-related training & development programs.
· Regularly review training program materials & utilize evaluation feedback to revise or recommend changes in instructional content or methods.
· Develop additional training modules & programs beyond web-based training to drive compliance “tone from the top” throughout the organization.
· Monitor annual updates & revisions to Training Procedures & Principles, including management of policy review processes.
· Lead the continued cultural shift to a more robust compliance oriented environment.
